We opened our doors in 1972 with one sales office in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Since then, J & J has grown to eight professional
staffing sales offices covering Central and Southern New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania and Northern Delaware. Our history of
providing professional staffing services to area businesses and jobseekers gives us a strong regional presence and a proprietary
database that quickly connects companies with qualified candidates.
Our company's philosophy is for each sales office to become a positive member of the community it serves. Getting to know the
local business culture and talent pool helps J & J consistently find qualified matches for our clients’ open positions. Guiding
our clients through the maze of recruiting, testing, screening, training, interviewing, compensation negotiation and offer
