We opened our doors in 1972 with one sales office in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Over the next three and a half decades, J & J has grown to 10 sales offices covering Central and Southern New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania and Northern Delaware. Our history gives us a strong regional presence and a proprietary database that quickly connects companies with qualified candidates.
Our company’s philosophy is for each sales office to become a positive member of the community they serve. Getting to know the local business culture and talent pool helps J & J consistently find qualified matches for our client’s open positions. Guiding our clients through the maze of recruiting, testing, screening, training, interviewing, compensation negotiation and offer acceptance is our expertise.
Staffing is not just one of the things we do; it is the only thing we do.
J & J is a functional staffing firm specializing in Office, Industrial, Technical and Professional. We offer a broad range of services including Temporary, Temp to Hire and Direct Hire placements. Last year we put more than 7,500 different people to work at our more than 1,500 clients.
